This self-contained web site is designed to assist you in installing and using the Common-use Signing Interface (CSI). The CSI was designed by the Australian Taxation Office and is licensed for use by the Australian Customs Service.

The "Installers tab loads a page which assists you to install the CSI and the applications which will allow you to view the video help files. To obtain the full functionality of this tutorial you should install each of the files on the "Installers" page in the numbered order.

The PDF Guides page contains copies of installation and "how-to" guides for using the CSI, Self-Registration, Certificate Maintenance and a range of other topics in PDF format which you may print out and refer to.

The "Tutorials" tab at the top of the screen displays a number of sub-menus which are short video tutorials. These tutorial cover the use of the CSI management utility and topics such as how to export digital certificates from Internet Explorer. You will need to install Quicktime to view these files. The Quicktime installer is available by clicking on the "Installers" tab at the top of the page. If you already have Quicktime installed you will not need to re-install it. Please be patient with the interactive pages as they have to load video files which may take a few seconds.
